Maria Kutscher is a financial services executive and founder of Club Level Consulting, a firm dedicated to guiding financial advisors and firms through transitions, succession planning, and practice growth strategies. With decades of experience across leading global financial institutions, Maria Kutscher has built a reputation as a strategic leader in wealth management, institutional consulting, and advisor development.

Maria Kutscher began her professional career in financial services at UBS - PaineWebber, where she worked from 1988 to 2000 in progressive leadership roles, including financial advisor, branch manager, and regional director. During this time, she gained extensive experience in investment management and client advisory services. She also contributed to Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management within the firm’s institutional division.

In 2013, she founded Allovest Advisory Services, where she served as chief investment officer and later worked as an outsourced chief investment officer for a $2 billion pension consulting client. During this period, she also developed proprietary investment advisory software for institutional retirement planning. She eventually sold the firm in 2015.

As the CEO of Club Level Consulting, she remains active in professional organizations such as the Financial Planning Association and the Exit Planning Institute. She also contributes to education as a professor teaching CFA exam preparation courses covering investments, fintech, and ethics.
